Pipedrive
The survey travels with the sale instead of running beside it. Save answers as a note on the deal, create tasks with a due date for sales, and publish a survey at a stage change.
Workflows you can build with it
Each example is a workflow you can set up with an automation service, an AI assistant or your own application.
Every answer on the deal
The workflow finds the person behind the email address given and attaches score and comment as a note on their open deal. Whoever takes the deal over next reads the history in the CRM, not in a colleague's inbox.
Qualify before the first call
The survey asks what the discovery call would have asked and writes budget, need and timing into the deal's custom fields. The call starts a step further along.
A warning before renewal
If a score drops below the value you set, an activity with a due date lands on the rep who owns the deal. Sales hears about the unhappiness before the renewal call rather than during it.
Start the study at a stage
Dragging a deal into the stage you chose publishes the survey stored for that stage. The questions go out with the sales step instead of days after it.
Ask why the deal was lost
Marking a deal lost copies the prepared survey about lost reasons and hands the link to Pipedrive's own email step. Single lost reasons add up to a series somebody can actually read.
What the integration transfers
Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.
empirio.ai → Pipedrive
- Budget, need and timing in custom deal fields
- A note carrying the comment in the person's history
- An activity with a due date for the rep who owns the deal
Pipedrive → empirio.ai
- Deal moves into a chosen pipeline stage: publish the survey stored for it
- Deal marked lost: copy a prepared survey about the reasons
How to set it up
Matching runs on what the survey itself collects: without an email address among the questions, the workflow finds neither person nor deal. A response carries the answers and nothing from the way it was opened. If one person has several open deals, add a rule — the most recently updated one in the chosen pipeline, for instance.
