Send the survey link from your address
The workflow puts the survey link into a mail and lets Outlook send it from the connected mailbox. For internal surveys, where the sender's name decides how many people bother.
Only mail what needs an answer
A mail reaches the shared mailbox when a score is under your threshold or a free-text field was filled in. For teams that work through feedback rather than merely note it.
Ask once the appointment is over
A scheduled run looks for finished appointments in a chosen category and mails the matching survey link to the attendees. For trainings, workshops and service visits nobody remembers to follow up.
Draft a reply to critical feedback
If the survey collected an email address, a critical comment leaves an already addressed draft sitting in the mailbox. For service teams where a person reads the wording once more before it goes out.
What the integration transfers
Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.

How to set it up
The mailbox has to let the workflow send: on a shared mailbox Send As alone is often not enough, and calendar triggers need read access to the calendar on top. Exchange throttles large recipient lists, so send in batches rather than all at once.
