How to set it up
Connect the empirio.ai app in Zapier once, and it is there in every Zap afterwards: as a trigger and as an action.
- Your first Zap sends you through OAuth back to empirio.ai, where surveys, responses and webhooks are approved together — the trigger registers a delivery address on the survey, which is what needs the last one.
- The "New Response" trigger is pointed at one survey and unregisters itself when you switch the Zap off. Answer fields arrive named per question and stay mapped even after the wording is changed.
- Actions also run without the empirio.ai trigger, in a Zap some other app starts. Deleting steps additionally require a fixed confirmation you set while configuring them.
