Feedback becomes work that is visible on the board. Create a task from a rating, collect suggestions from answers, post the weekly status, and start surveys from your plan.
Workflows you can build with it
Each example is a workflow you can set up with an automation service, an AI assistant or your own application.
Create a task from a rating
A low score creates an item with a people column and a due date in the responsible team’s group. For service leads who run follow-ups like every other task.
Collect suggestions from answers on a board
Verbatims containing a suggestion become items on a dedicated board. For product teams who group and vote instead of rereading everything each quarter.
Weekly status where the work is
Each Monday, response count and average score are posted as an update on the survey’s item. For project leads reporting on the board rather than in a second file.
Start a survey from your plan board
The team runs its survey plan as a board, one item per survey. Setting that item’s status column to Live publishes the survey it links to. For teams that would rather not keep the plan in two places.
What the integration transfers
Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.

- An item per piece of feedback, in the responsible team’s group
- The verbatim as an update on an item that already exists
- Values for the status, people and date columns from the answer
monday.com → empirio.ai
- New item in the “Surveys” group: create a survey from its column values
- Status column set to “Live”: publish the survey linked to that item
- Item marked done: close the survey it is linked to
How to set it up
Create the board, the group and the columns first: values for status and dropdown columns are matched by label, and one extra space leaves the column empty. A people column needs a person who exists in the account, not a name from the answer.
