empirio.ai is a German company and stores all survey data 100% in the EU. On top of that come two-factor authentication and full control over your data: you can export or delete answers at any time. Businesses also get a data processing agreement (DPA) with a single click. That covers the technical requirements for surveys under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR; how you word consent and privacy notices in your own survey stays your responsibility as the creator, the same as with any tool.

For free, you can survey up to 50 people per month; the paid plans include 100 (Lite), 1,000 (Plus), or 3,000 (Pro), each with the option to add extra participants. The Enterprise plan has no participant limit. Surveys and questions are unlimited in every plan.

Yes. You see results in real time in a dashboard with interactive charts. The AI analysis automatically summarises results and open-text answers (from Plus). Export raw data as CSV, Excel, JSON, or SPSS files (from Lite), and finished charts as PowerPoint, Word, PDF, or image files (from Plus), which is handy for presentations and academic work.
