Brevo
Surveys and email marketing work from the same contact data. Keep survey answers on the contact, move unhappy contacts onto a follow-up list, and send the invitation mail.
Workflows you can build with it
Each example is a workflow you can set up with an automation service, an AI assistant or your own application.
Keep the answer on the contact
Role, interest and the latest score sit on the contact as attributes. Whoever picks the recipients works from something stated, not from an open rate.
Move detractors into recovery
An NPS of six or below puts the contact on the list your recovery workflow watches. Brevo takes it from there, so nobody has to remember.
Confirm the response by email
A completed participation triggers a transactional email, whether that is a confirmation or the voucher code you promised. It goes out on the same delivery as the rest of your mail.
Invite a list you already maintain
The survey link goes into a Brevo campaign and out to the list you choose. Unsubscribes and deliverability stay where they are already managed.
What the integration transfers
Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.
empirio.ai → Brevo
- Selected answers written into contact attributes
- Membership of the list an automation workflow watches
- A transactional email triggered by a completed participation
Brevo → empirio.ai
- Contact added to a chosen list: duplicate a prepared survey
- Automation workflow reaches a configured step: create a survey from the configured fields
- Campaign send finished: retrieve results for the follow-up survey
How to set it up
Beyond email and name, every answer you want to keep needs its own custom attribute, created in Brevo before the first run. Matching runs on an email address collected in the survey, or every response creates a second contact. The recipient list lives in Brevo; empirio.ai keeps no contacts of its own.
