Google Sheets

The spreadsheet becomes the shared home for everything that comes back. Collect answers in the shared sheet, write key numbers to a second tab, publish surveys, and send invitations.

Workflows you can build with it

Each example is a workflow you can set up with an automation service, an AI assistant or your own application.

  • A tab that keeps up

Responses appear as rows on the tab while the survey runs, and everyone with access sees the same state. For teams who would rather share a link than five export files.

  • Build a Looker Studio report from it

The sheet is the report’s data source, so the report shows the current state at every refresh. For anyone who needs a live dashboard without a warehouse behind it.

  • Publish with a checkbox

Ticking the approval box publishes the survey linked in that row, without opening the app. For editorial teams who keep the send plan in the sheet.

  • Headline numbers on a summary tab

A daily fetch writes response count, completion rate and average score to a second tab. For the person who gets asked every morning how it is going.

  • Invite from the list you keep

A workflow reads the addresses from the sheet and sends the survey link through your connected email service. For teams whose distribution list already lives in a spreadsheet.

What the integration transfers

Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.

empirio.ai → Google Sheets

  • New responses arriving as rows in the sheet you pick
  • Headline numbers from a scheduled fetch on a summary tab
  • Values in the exact columns your formulas already reference

Google Sheets → empirio.ai

  • Approval checkbox ticked: publish the survey linked in that row
  • Row added to the campaign tab: duplicate a prepared survey for that campaign

How to set it up

Row 1 is the header and mapping follows column position, so a column inserted later shifts every field. A multiple-choice answer arrives as a list in one cell unless you split it first. If the data is needed once, the CSV export is faster.
