You have two ways to sign in: Via email link: Enter your email address and we’ll send you a sign-in link. One click on the link – and you’re in. No password needed. Via Google account: With a single click, you can sign in using your existing Google account. Fast, secure, no extra details required. Both options work equally well. Just choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

Because it’s safer and easier. Passwords get forgotten, reused or leaked. With the sign-in link via email or Google login, you completely avoid these risks – and you don’t have to remember anything.

First have a quick look in your spam folder – automatically sent emails sometimes end up there. If the link doesn’t arrive there either, check whether you’ve entered your email address correctly (in our experience, that’s the most common source of errors). If neither of these helps, just drop us a quick message. We’ll help you sort it out right away.

In your account under ‘Settings’ you can change your email address. Enter the new email address and you’ll be able to update it straight away.

Very secure – and you can increase the security even further. By default, login works via magic link or Google; both methods are considered more secure than traditional passwords. If you want to be extra safe, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. This means that when you sign in, you’ll also need a code from an authenticator app – so even if someone had access to your emails, they still wouldn’t be able to get into your account.

In your account, go to "Settings" > "Security" and click on "Enable two-factor authentication". We’ll guide you step by step through the setup using an authenticator app of your choice (for example Google Authenticator). Important: Save the backup codes that we show you during setup. If you ever lose your smartphone, you’ll still be able to access your account with them.

In the European Union. All surveys, responses and account data are stored on servers within the EU – this means they are subject to the GDPR and protected from access by third countries.

In your account under “Settings” you’ll find the “Delete account” button. With one click you start the deletion process – for security reasons you’ll need to confirm the deletion. Important: Deleting your account will also permanently remove all surveys, responses and analyses. If you want to keep any data, make sure you export it before deleting your account. You can find more information about retention and deletion periods in our Terms and Conditions.

They will be deleted together with your account – including all responses and analyses collected so far. Any ongoing surveys will also be deactivated so that no new responses can be submitted. If you want to back up any data, make sure you export it before deleting your account. After deletion, we cannot restore the data – not even on request.
