As soon as the first responses come in, you’ll find them in your survey under “Results” – for each individual survey. You don’t need to refresh anything manually: new responses appear automatically in real time as soon as someone has clicked “Submit”.

empirio.ai automatically creates a complete analysis – you don’t have to build any tables, draw charts manually or open Excel. For each question you can see at a glance: * Charts tailored to the question type – bar charts, pie charts, scale distributions or word clouds for open-ended responses (under the "Charts" tab). * Key figures such as number of responses, averages, means or standard deviations (under the "Analysis" tab). * Individual responses, if you want to look at the raw data (under the "Responses" tab). * All results can be exported at any time. If you want to dig deeper, you’ll also find filters and comparison functions. If you just need a quick overview, you’ll get that too – without having to click through menus.

Yes. In addition to the classic charts, the AI can, if you wish, provide a summary of your most important insights – in clear, understandable German, without any statistics jargon. This is especially useful for open-ended text questions: instead of reading 200 free-text responses one by one, you get a concise overview of the most common themes, sentiments and notable points. Of course, the original texts remain accessible – you decide how deep you want to go. You’ll find the AI evaluations under "KI-Assistent"; here you can use the chat to have the key results summarised and also ask follow-up questions. You’ll find the AI free-text analyses under "Analyse".

Yes. You can filter your evaluation according to any criteria you like – for example, only show answers from people who ticked “yes” to a particular question. To do this, go to “Charts”, then “Answers”, and filter by the corresponding responses. For more in-depth analysis, you can also compare two groups of answers directly with each other: how did women respond compared to men? How do under-30s differ from over-50s? This way you gain insights that would be lost in the overall results. To do this, go to “Charts”, then “Compare”, and select the so-called segmentation (e.g. the question on gender). After that, all charts are displayed in relation to gender, giving you an ideal evaluation.

Yes. In addition to the overall analysis, you can also view each individual response under "Responses" – so you can see exactly what participants actually answered. This is handy if you want to follow up on an interesting statement or need qualitative evaluations. For surveys, you only see the responses themselves – you don’t receive any data about the participants (unless you explicitly asked for it). In that case, however, it would no longer be an anonymous survey, and this is not recommended.

Yes. You can export your responses (raw data) and the completed analyses (charts) in several formats: * Excel/CSV for your own analyses or further processing. * PDF/PPT for reports, presentations or archiving. * SPSS for academic analyses using statistical software. * Images (PNG) for inserting charts directly into reports. * JSON for raw data – often suitable for developers. The exports can be opened with all common office software.

For as long as you need them. There is no automatic deletion – your data will remain in your account until you delete it yourself or remove the survey. When you delete surveys or individual responses, the data is permanently erased after a short delay. You can find more information in the Terms and Conditions. If you want to archive responses permanently, it’s best to export them as a CSV or PDF and save them locally. That way, you’re not dependent on online access.

Yes. You can remove individual responses from your evaluation at any time – for example, obvious spam responses or test entries that slipped in by mistake. You can also delete all responses to a survey at once if you want to start again from scratch. Note: deleted responses are gone and cannot be restored. You can delete responses in the evaluation area under "Antworten". If you want to delete individual responses, you can scroll to the right and click the "bin" icon for the relevant response to delete it. All responses at once can be deleted using the red button ("Gefahrenzone") at the very bottom.
