As soon as the first responses come in, you’ll find them in your survey under “Results” – for each individual survey. You don’t have to update anything manually: new responses appear automatically in real time as soon as someone clicks “Submit.”

empirio.ai automatically creates a complete analysis – you don’t have to build any tables, draw charts manually, or open Excel. For each question, you can see at a glance: * Charts tailored to the question type – bar charts, pie charts, scale distributions, or word clouds for open-ended responses (under the “Charts” tab). * Key figures such as number of responses, averages, means, or standard deviations (under the “Analysis” tab). * Individual responses, if you want to look at the raw data (under the “Responses” tab). * All results can be exported at any time. If you want to dig deeper, you’ll also find filters and comparison features. If you just need a quick overview, you’ll get that too – without having to click through menus.

Yes. In addition to the classic charts, the AI can also give you a summary of your most important insights on request – in clear, easy-to-understand German, without any statistics jargon. This is especially useful for open-ended text questions: instead of reading 200 free-text responses one by one, you get a compact overview of the most common topics, sentiments, and notable patterns. Of course, the original texts are still available – you decide how deep you want to go. You’ll find the AI evaluations under "KI-Assistent"; there you can use the chat to have the key results summarized and also ask follow-up questions. You’ll find the AI free-text analyses under "Analyse".

Yes. You can filter your evaluation using any criteria you like – for example, only show responses from people who checked “yes” for a particular question. To do this, go to “Charts” and then “Responses” and filter by the corresponding answers. For deeper analysis, you can also compare two groups of responses directly with each other: How did women respond compared to men? How do people under 30 differ from those over 50? This way you gain insights that would be lost in the overall results. To do this, go to “Charts” and then “Compare” and select the so-called segmentation (e.g. the question about gender). After that, all charts are displayed side by side with respect to gender, giving you a perfect evaluation.

Yes. In addition to the overall analysis, you can also view each individual response under “Responses” – so you can see exactly what participants answered. This is handy if you want to follow up on an interesting statement or need qualitative evaluations. For surveys, you only see the responses themselves – you don’t receive any data about the participants (unless you explicitly asked for it). But then it wouldn’t be an anonymous survey anymore, and that’s not recommended.

Yes. You can export your responses (raw data) and the completed analyses (charts) in several formats: * Excel/CSV for your own analyses or further editing. * PDF/PPT for reports, presentations, or archiving. * SPSS for scientific analyses using statistical software. * Images (PNG) for directly inserting charts into reports. * JSON for raw data – often suitable for developers. The exports can be opened with all common office programs.

For as long as you need them. There is no automatic deletion – your data will remain in your account until you delete it yourself or remove the survey. When you delete surveys or individual responses, the data will be permanently deleted after a short delay. You can find more information in the Terms and Conditions. If you want to archive responses permanently, it’s best to export them as a CSV or PDF and save them locally. That way, you’re not dependent on online access.

Yes. You can remove individual responses from your evaluation at any time—for example, obvious spam responses or test entries that slipped in by mistake. You can also delete all responses from a survey at once if you want to start completely from scratch. Note: Deleted responses are gone and cannot be restored. You can delete responses in the “Evaluate” section under “Responses.” If you want to delete individual responses, you can scroll to the right and click the “trash can” icon for the corresponding response to delete it. All responses at once can be deleted using the red button (“Danger zone”) at the very bottom.
