Frequently asked questions about survey templates
Are the survey templates free?
Yes. You can use, edit and publish any template free of charge – a Free account is enough. Only the premium designs need a paid plan.
Can I customise a template?
Completely. Once you use a template the survey lands in your editor: reword, add or delete questions, change their order, adjust answer options and switch the design. The template is a starting point, not a constraint.
What sets the premium designs apart from the free ones?
The free designs – Standard light and dark, Forest and Amber – cover most surveys. Premium designs such as Cosmos, Aurora, Nebula and Eclipse add animated backgrounds and richer effects, and are available from the Lite plan upwards.
Which languages are the templates available in?
Templates appear in the language you use empirio.ai in: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch. From the Pro plan you can additionally run a single survey in several languages so respondents pick their own.
What about data protection and GDPR?
Respondents need no account – they open the link and answer. You decide question by question which data you collect: ask nothing personal and nothing personal is collected. How we process data is set out in our privacy policy.
How do I analyse the responses?
Results stream live into your dashboard with a chart for every question. Raw data can be downloaded as CSV, Excel, JSON or SPSS from the Lite plan; finished result charts export as PDF, PowerPoint, Word or PNG from Plus.
