Power BI
Survey results appear in the report next to every other figure. Put satisfaction next to revenue, refresh the numbers overnight, and start a survey from report data.
Workflows you can build with it
Each example is a workflow you can set up with an automation service, an AI assistant or your own application.
Put satisfaction next to revenue
Every completed participation is written as a row into the store your semantic model reads. Finance and the BI team see the score on the same report page as churn, and nobody has to export anything.
See responses arrive in the report
A regular pull brings participations, completion rate and drop-offs per survey into the report. Whoever runs the survey can see whether the target is still within reach.
Start a survey from report data
When a measure crosses its threshold, the alert starts a workflow that duplicates a prepared survey and publishes it. The report owner gets the cause question out the same day instead of waiting for the next wave.
Refresh overnight, not by hand
A nightly job pulls the current aggregates and replaces the metric table. It then starts the refresh, so Monday’s report is right on Monday.
What the integration transfers
Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.
empirio.ai → Power BI
- One row per response in the store your semantic model reads
- Aggregates per question, ready for your own DAX measures
- A model refresh, started as soon as new responses land
Power BI → empirio.ai
- A data alert fires on a tile: duplicate and publish a prepared follow-up survey
How to set it up
Decide where the responses live before you build the report: a workbook on SharePoint, a database, whatever your workspace can refresh on a schedule. One row per response can always be aggregated later; an aggregate can never be taken apart again.
