Notion
Feedback sits where the team already plans and documents. Collect answers in the feedback database, turn free-text answers into a page, and create surveys from the planning.
Workflows you can build with it
Each example is a workflow you can set up with an automation service, an AI assistant or your own application.
Collect responses in a feedback database
Every response becomes a row in the feedback database in Notion, filterable by score, topic and date. For product teams that still want to look it up six months later.
Turn free-text answers into a page
When the open field is filled, Notion gets a page holding the answer, and the team writes its questions and next steps underneath. For anyone who discusses feedback instead of counting it.
Link answers to your product planning
If an answer names a topic that already has a row in your product planning, the new row points at it. For product owners who have to justify a priority months later.
Create a survey from your Notion plan
The team plans its studies in a Notion database. A row set to Ready there creates the survey it describes. For teams that keep the plan in Notion anyway.
What the integration transfers
Each point is a separate example in the direction of the arrow. Configure each workflow independently and link the relevant survey for actions on an existing survey.
empirio.ai → Notion
- One row per response in the feedback database, carrying score, topic and date
- Verbatims as page content the team can comment under
- A link to the matching topic in your product planning
Notion → empirio.ai
- Row in the study plan set to “Ready”: create the survey it describes
- The same row set to “Done”: close the survey it links to
How to set it up
Properties have to exist first, and a select property only accepts a label that matches the answer option exactly, spaces and capitals included — otherwise the field stays empty and nothing says so. Only pages and databases you explicitly share can be written to.
