Are these native integrations?
empirio.ai maintains its own connectors for n8n, Zapier and Make. Every other tool on this page is reached through one of those three, which is why no development work is needed — and why the connection works the same way whichever tool you pick.
Do I need one of those automation services?
For most integrations, yes — and one free plan is usually enough to start. If you would rather not use one, the REST API and webhooks connect empirio.ai to your own systems directly, and the MCP server connects it to AI assistants.
Which automation service should I choose?
Zapier reaches the most apps and is the quickest to set up. Make is priced by operation, which is cheaper at high volume, and shows the flow as a diagram. n8n can be self-hosted, so the data never leaves your own infrastructure — usually the deciding factor when data protection is involved.
Does survey data leave the EU?
empirio.ai hosts in the EU. Whether the transfer stays inside it depends on the automation service you route through: self-hosted n8n keeps everything in your own infrastructure, while the cloud services process data on their own terms.
Can data flow back into empirio.ai as well?
Yes. An event in your own system can create a survey, publish it and close it again later, and the survey link can be distributed through that same tool. What empirio.ai does not do is keep a participant list or send on your behalf — the automation service handles that with whatever already sends your mail.
What does it cost?
The integrations themselves cost nothing on the empirio.ai side, and the MCP server is available on every plan including the free one. The automation service you route through has its own pricing.
